About the speaker
Giulio D’Erme. From 1996 to 2015, Giulio worked for large international companies such as Philipp Morris, Nike, Indesit Company, Rosinter Restaurants, Triumph International. He has been holding top managing positions since 2002, and has rich experience in management, marketing and operations.
In 2006 he became one of the founders of Accademia del Gusto in Moscow, in 2010 he graduated from Harvard Business School Executive MBA and opened CULINARYON with co-founder Alex Blanc in 2012.
Giulio is fluent in four languages: Italian, English, Spanish and Russian. He also received a number of awards in the hotel, restaurant and catering sector: in particular, The Golden Brand Award and Effie Brand of the Year for development of Planeta Sushi restaurant chain in Russia.
