\u2022 Education Verification Request<\/strong><\/p>

If you are requesting any verification request for any of our graduates for the purpose of
background screening or employment applications. Please email the Office of the Registrar –
registrar@erci.edu.sg<\/a>.<\/p>

Documents required:<\/p>

o You will need to provide a signed authorization\/consent form, granting us permission to
release our graduate\u2019s data to you.
o A copy of the certificate and transcript that the graduate has provided to your
organisation.
o Your respective verification forms.<\/p>

We will complete the verification within 3 working days.<\/p>

\u2022 \u7559\u5b66\u56de\u56fd\u4eba\u5458\u8bc1\u660e (Certification for Returned Oversea Students)<\/p>

Graduates can apply for the Certification for Returned Oversea Students via the following link;

Graduates who are in process of applying can email the Office of the Registrar –
registrar@erci.edu.sg<\/a> requesting for a verification letter. A verification letter will be provided to
you within 3 working days.<\/p>

\u2022 Trung t\u00e2m C\u00f4ng nh\u1eadn v\u0103n b\u1eb1ng (VN-NARIC)<\/p>

Graduates who wish to verify their education certificates with the Vietnam National Academic
Recognition Information Centre (VN-NARIC) are required to follow the following steps:<\/p>

STEP 1<\/strong>: Email the Office of the Registrar – registrar@erci.edu.sg<\/a><\/p>

Clearly state your request (and hereby granting us permission) to release the following
information directly to Vietnam National Academic Recognition Information Centre (VN-NARIC);<\/p>

1. verification of your certificates and transcripts.
2. verification of the mode of study.
3. verification of the duration of studies.<\/p>

STEP 2<\/strong>: Attach the soft-copies of your certificates and transcript in the email.<\/p>

STEP 3<\/strong>: ERC Institute will send the verification to cnvb@moet.edu.vn<\/a> , within 3 working days
from the request.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 World Education Services (WES)<\/strong><\/p>

ERC Institute will only provide verification for programmes where ERC Institute is the awarding
body;<\/p>

o ERC Institute Diploma programmes
o ERC Institute Advanced programmes<\/p>

WES applicants will need to email the Office of the Registrar – registrar@erci.edu.sg<\/a> and
attached the WES Academic Request form and WES Reference Number. If all documents are in
order, ERC Institute will courier the documents directly to the address stated in the WES
Academic Request form.<\/p>

The following fees are applicable
o Courier fee – S$80.00<\/p>

ERC Institute will not provide verification for programmes where ERC Institute is not the
awarding body. Please contact your University directly at the links listed below;<\/p>
